Traditional leadership models still mirror outdated expectations: linear careers, constant availability, high sensory tolerance, quick decision making, public confidence, and overt assertiveness - qualities long associated with neurotypical and male‑coded leadership styles.

But what happens when someone’s brain doesn’t align with those expectations?
And how does this experience deepen for those who lead and navigate the world as women?

In this session, we would like to explore the impact of often overlooked and misunderstood neurodivergent traits in female leaders, and reflect on the challenges they encounter in systems created around neurotypical norms, costs of constant adaptation, and strategies that help them build careers and maintain their state of well-being.

Our goal is to inspire participants to create their own leadership models based on their strengths, instead of trying to follow outdated ones.
